Federnfabrik Walter Fischer in Breuna-Wettesingen manufactures technical wire springs to order according to customer specifications – based on drawings, samples or individual requirements. The product range includes compression springs, extension springs and torsion springs, manufactured from individual pieces up to large-scale production runs. Materials processed are round spring steel wires to DIN 2076, in particular stainless spring steel wires to DIN 17224 (including 1.4310, 1.4401, 1.4568, 1.4571) as well as spring steel wires to DIN 17223/1 (1.0500, 1.0600, 1.1200, 1.2211, 1.1211) and wires made of bronze, copper and brass. On request, surface treatment – browning, chromating, phosphating – is carried out in cooperation with partner companies; in addition, shot peening for surface hardening and colouring/dyeing are offered. Packaging (PE bags, thermoformed films, boxes or loose) is according to customer requirements.
