About Feldbinder

Feldbinder Spezialfahrzeugwerke is a European manufacturer of special vehicles for the transport of bulk and liquid goods. Founded in 1975, the family-owned company manufactures silo vehicles and silo semi-trailers made of aluminium at its headquarters plant in Winsen (Luhe); the Lutherstadt Wittenberg plant produces special tank vehicles for the chemical, food and mineral oil industries as well as silo, tank and gas rail wagons, containers and pressure vessels made of aluminium, stainless steel and titanium. Production includes modern welding processes, in-house manufacture of tank shells up to 4,000 mm in diameter, shell grinding and the central pre-fabrication of attachments. Vehicles are designed and assembled to customer specifications, followed by repair, maintenance, pressure vessel testing and spare parts supply through its own plants and international service partners. With around 950 employees, Feldbinder serves industries such as bulk and liquid transport, chemical industry, food industry, mineral oil industry, rail freight transport and sea/combined transport.
