Holistic Expertise in Cold Forming

The Felss Group is a specialist in cold forming with holistic, customised solutions. The company supports customers from process development through the construction of customised forming machines to series production of precise, highly complex components that are delivered ready-to-install – an approach Felss calls Make & Buy. Production takes place in prototype and large-series manufacturing using steel, non-ferrous metals, aluminium, titanium, stainless steels and special alloys. The components and production systems are used, among other things, in the drivetrain, steering, transmission and e-mobility segments as well as in industry, aviation, precision mechanics and medical technology. The portfolio is complemented by toolmaking, prototypes, consulting, maintenance, inspection, 24/7 support and smart services in the field of Industry 4.0. Customers include BYD, STELLANTIS, ZF, EATON, AAM, BOSCH and Grundfos. Historically, the Felss Group traces back to the bulk forming operations of Müller Weingarten AG.
