It originated from a management buyout of the more than 100-year-old company Ludwig Beck and acquired the spring latch and assembly manufacturing divisions, which had been part of the fabrication program there since 1960. The program includes standard products such as adjustable spring latches and retaining bolts in numerous variations, as well as accessories and customized special orders. Products are manufactured exclusively in Germany from steel (raw), galvanized steel, and stainless steel 1.4305, with bolt diameters up to 20 mm.
