About FERNGAL Schweisstechnik
FERNGAL Schweisstechnik GmbH was founded in 2008 in Wolfen and is an assembly company for piping, boiler and plant construction, maintenance and turnaround in the chemical and petrochemical industry as well as for structural steel and bridge construction, the pulp and paper industry and waste incineration plants. Thanks to its in-house workshop in the ChemiePark Bitterfeld-Wolfen, the company offers the entire value chain from prefabrication to on-site assembly from a single source. Welding is performed using processes 111 (manual metal arc welding), 135 and 136 (MAG, partly mechanised or with flux-cored wire) and 141 (TIG) on steels of material groups 1.1, 1.2 and 8 in accordance with CEN ISO/TR 15608. More than 250 qualified employees realise demanding projects worldwide; the company aims to grow to up to 400 employees. In the company's own welder training school, employees receive continuous, material-specific further training.
