FerroMetall GmbH is certified as a waste management company (Entsorgungsfachbetrieb) pursuant to § 52 KrW-/AbfG. Deliveries of steel scrap and non-ferrous metals must have been inspected for explosive material, suspected explosive hollow bodies and contamination (e.g. radioactivity).
