About Fertigbeton Rheinland
Fertigbeton Rheinland GmbH & Co. KG (FBR), based in Düren, is a ready-mixed concrete plant that has been producing and delivering fresh concrete to construction companies and building owners for over 60 years. The company produces concretes to DIN EN 206-1/DIN 1045-2 in compressive strength classes from C8/10 to C50/60, and for deliveries to the Netherlands in accordance with the standards NEN EN 206-1 and NEN 8005. The product range includes unreinforced concrete, reinforced concrete, steel-fibre concrete for industrial floors, concretes for traffic surfaces and bridge construction according to ZTV-ING, bored pile concrete, RC concrete with recycled aggregate, CO2-reduced concretes, drain/shoulder concrete as well as cement-bound site-mixed mortar and hydraulically bound base courses. Production takes place in seven logistically interconnected stationary concrete mixing plants in the Rhineland and the Netherlands; an own vehicle fleet, truck-mounted concrete pumps, mobile mixing plants and an in-house laboratory complete the value chain. Customers are found in structural, civil and engineering construction, in hydraulic engineering and in transport infrastructure projects.

Concrete types and standards
Ready-mixed concrete according to DIN EN 206-1/DIN 1045-2
Standardised concretes from unreinforced concrete C8/10 to reinforced concrete C50/60 with consistencies C1 to F6.
Concrete according to Dutch standards (NEN EN 206-1, NEN 8005)
For deliveries to the Netherlands, concrete with KOMO certification is produced according to NEN standards.
Steel-fibre concrete
For industrial floors and floor slabs exposed to high loads and to traffic from forklifts and pallet trucks.
RC concrete (recycled concrete)
Uses processed crushed concrete from building demolition as a substitute for natural aggregate according to the DAfStB guideline.
CO2-reduced concretes
Through binder selection and modern formulations, a CO2 reduction of more than 40 percent compared to CSC reference values is achieved.
Bridge parapet and abutment concrete according to ZTV-ING
Weather-resistant concretes C25/30 or ≥C30/37 for bridge parapets, abutments and traffic facilities.
Easily compactable concrete (F6)
Self-compacting, easily placed concrete in classes C25/30 and C30/37.
Site-mixed mortar, screed and hydraulically bound base course
Cement-bound building materials for fit-out, masonry and road construction.
