Fertigteilwerk Allgäu GmbH (FTW), based in Pforzen (district of Ostallgäu), is a manufacturer of reinforced concrete precast components with over 50 years of experience in precast construction. The product range comprises solid walls, core-insulated sandwich walls, reinforced concrete girders, columns, floor slabs with ribs, foundation elements, bar-shaped load-bearing components, wall panels, retaining wall elements, stairs and landings as well as custom-made reinforced concrete special components. Production is carried out in reinforced normal concrete (e.g. foundation elements from at least C 25/30) with reinforcing steel of grade fyk = 500 MPa; in addition to architectural concrete in white and coloured concrete, sandwich walls with an insulating core are also produced. The offering is rounded out by consulting, planning and construction of commercial halls, assembly of precast components including erection planning and quality control as well as fair-faced concrete cosmetics (repair, cleaning, retouching, hydrophobisation). Reference projects include the NS Documentation Centre Munich, the Balanstraße car park in Munich, the Kleiner industrial hall in Mindelheim and Ingolstadt North Station.
