Fertigungsprofi is the one-man business of Mark Burmeister, state-certified mechanical engineering technician (Staatlich geprüfter Maschinenbautechniker), based in Büchen (district of Herzogtum Lauenburg, Schleswig-Holstein). The company supports CNC manufacturing businesses in the end-to-end digitalization of their processes: this includes the implementation and distribution of the WinTool tool management software, the AI-based time calculation software Imnoo, as well as partnerships with fi-square (ERP/PPS/BDE) and VKS (digital work instructions). Further services include CNC programming (Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc), tool logistics, zero-point concepts, investment consulting, reduction of single-part lead times, system integration (CAM, handheld scanners) and customer training. With the in-house development SmartScan, a multilingual barcode booking software for tool issue was created, which is in use in Asia and America. The foundation is more than 30 years of manufacturing experience, including 25 years at Olympus Winter & Ibe GmbH (medical technology) in Hamburg, most recently as a manufacturing engineer with project responsibility for machines such as the Hedelius RS505, Willemin-Macodel W508MT, Benzinger Take 5 and Traub TNL 18P. Since 2022, the 2M3D GmbH has additionally existed together with Marcel Holubek, offering the design and sourcing of 3D parts as a service.
