Fertigungstechnik Böhnke (FTB) is a family-owned company founded in 2018 that specialises in the production of CNC turned parts and CNC turn-milled parts up to Ø40 mm. The components are produced entirely in house – orders are never passed on to third parties. Production runs from lot size 1 to over 150,000 pieces in stainless steel, aluminium, free-cutting steel and brass as well as other materials. The range of services includes feasibility and improvement analyses, the production of samples and prototypes prior to series production, and volume-based pricing. Quotations are prepared within 24 hours; automation and Industry 4.0 concepts enable short lead times. Customers from medical technology, dental technology, mechanical engineering, the skilled trades and automotive engineering in Germany, Austria and Switzerland are supplied.
