About us

Fertigungstechnik Jost GmbH in Pfaffschwende (Thuringia) manufactures thermoplastic injection moulded parts as well as stamped and formed parts along the entire process chain. In injection moulding, machines with clamping forces from 250 to 3000 kN are available for parts from 1 g to 826 g; lot sizes range from a few hundred to several million pieces per year. In stamping and forming, press forces from 4 to 100 tonnes are used at over 450 strokes per minute, with material thicknesses from 0.50 to 3.50 mm and coil widths up to 150 mm. The service portfolio additionally includes thread production, welding, magnetising, assembly of modules, surface machining and finishing as well as kitting and just-in-time delivery. Customers include the automotive industry (spare parts and accessories for classic cars and motorhomes), mechanical and plant engineering, the furniture industry and the electrical industry.
