Fertigungszentrum Lindner GmbH is a machining company founded in 2007 by Frank Lindner and based in Aue-Bad Schlema, Saxony. The 14-person team works in two shifts and, as a supplier for tool and machine engineering as well as the regional supply industry, manufactures rotationally symmetrical and free-form workpieces. In CNC turning, six cycle-controlled or CNC-controlled machines are available for workpieces up to Ø 740 mm and 2000 mm in length; soft and hard turning are part of the routine program. For milling, a 3-axis and a 5-axis CNC machine are used, with which complex 3D shapes up to 850 x 700 x 500 mm can also be machined. The in-house production is complemented by a grinding process for parts up to 300 x 100 x 100 mm as well as, through long-standing partners, wire and sinker EDM, heat treatment, surface treatment, laser and waterjet cutting and deep-hole drilling. The service ranges from material procurement and CAD/CAM programming (Mastercam) to delivery of the finished components.
