Fertiserve GmbH, based in Detmold (North Rhine-Westphalia), develops and manufactures systems for mixing, packaging and conditioning fertilizers and similar bulk goods. The core competence lies in fertilizer blending from recipe to finished product. The product range includes fertilizer mixing plants (express mixers, combination batch mixers, combination express mixers), big-bag discharge systems, small bag systems, fertilizer screens and lump crushers. To withstand the harsh conditions in fertilizer halls, the systems are built robustly and generally made of stainless steel. In addition, the company develops software for scales, PCs and mobile devices; systems can be supplied with orders via the software package, and completed order quantities are reported back. The range of services extends from planning, project engineering and manufacturing through commissioning to maintenance, service and used machinery trading. This includes recipe calculation, nutrient requirement analysis and integrated declaration with interfaces to inventory management and scale control systems.
