About FFV Junge
FFV Junge GmbH, based in Handewitt near Flensburg, is a specialized mechanical engineering company that has been planning, designing and manufacturing conveyor systems and special-purpose machines for the food, pharmaceutical and packaging industries since 1991. The product range includes straight and curve belt conveyors, wire-belt systems, diverter-band systems, modular belt conveyors, belt spreaders and incline conveyors, each individually tailored to customer requirements. The systems are made from steel or stainless steel (1.4301) as required; for wet areas in food production, full stainless steel construction is used. The in-house machining department processes components on CNC-controlled machine tools, including a 3-axis machining center DMG ecoMill 1100 V, a CNC universal lathe Traub TNA300 with driven tools and Y-axis, and a cycle-controlled precision lathe Weiler E40/SL2. Design is carried out using modern 3D CAD technology, including simulation of new builds, conversions and extensions. In addition to manufacturing, the company offers assembly, maintenance, on-site commissioning as well as the procurement and specification of system-specific spare parts, and on request delivers systems fully electrically equipped.

Materials & Processes
Stainless steel
Complete systems for wet areas in food production, e.g. curve wire-belt systems and belt spreaders.
Steel
Frames and system construction optionally in steel, paint color to customer specification.
PU belt with FDA approval
Single-ply conveyor belts for curve belt conveyors in various colors.
Silicone belts (cross-elastic)
Conveyor belts for diverter-band systems without fixed lanes or tracks.
Plastic modular belts
Belts joined in a brick-link pattern for modular belt conveyors in almost any width and length.
Fabric belt (single-/multi-ply)
Conveyor belts for straight belt conveyors with simple endless belt change.
