FH Maschinen und Braumanufaktur Werk II GmbH from Großalmerode develops and manufactures custom machines for beverage filling in its own manufactory. The portfolio includes counter-pressure fillers for carbonated beverages – from the manual Fillboy (approx. 80 bottles/h) to the fully automatic high-performance Fillmaster AS18 system (approx. 900 bottles/h) – as well as pneumatic cappers, can seamers, labelers for self-adhesive labels, bottle rinsing stations and keg cleaners with CIP spray ball. In addition, the company offers special-purpose machines, custom designs, process automation, IoT devices, 3D CAD design and 3D printing of plastic parts up to 1000/800/600 mm (L/W/H). The machines are predominantly made of stainless steel and are aimed at hobby brewers, home, pub and craft breweries, wineries, beverage bottling operations and manufacturers. For beverage production, the company assembles complete solutions covering carbonation in fermentation tanks, filling, sealing and pasteurization.
