About FibronPipe

Fibron Pipe GesmbH develops and manufactures flexible composite pipes made from Thermoplastic Composite Pipe (TCP), also known as bonded Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe (bonded-RTP), for the energy industry. The metal-free fiber reinforcement makes the pipes fully corrosion-free and suitable for transporting water, oil, hydrocarbons and gas. The product range covers diameters from 2″ to 6″ (DN50 to DN125), operating pressures up to 210 bar and continuous lengths up to 1100 m on reels or drums. Since the merger with RK Infra GmbH in 2020, composite pipes with factory-applied polyurethane (PUR) thermal insulation have also been manufactured. Production in St. Valentin (Austria) is based on a proprietary technology platform with tape winding units, Automatic Tape Placement (ATP) with AI-assisted vision software, PLC control systems and inline quality control. The manufacturing technology is licensed to partners worldwide, including training and technical support.

Quality

Every pipe is manufactured with a calculated service life of at least 20 years. An inline quality control system with ATP technology and AI-assisted vision software monitors critical process parameters in real time and documents every production history without gaps.
