About FILIP
FILIP GmbH Müllereibürsten is a fourth-generation family company specializing in the development, production and distribution of sieve cleaners for plansifter sieves. The portfolio includes sieve cleaning brushes and nodular sieve cleaners for sieves with and without corrugated grid bottoms (e.g. Nova and Novapur frames), double cleaners for flour sieves and break sieves, as well as floor cleaners for collection floors – some also available as Blue Line in optically detectable blue plastic. The cleaners are manufactured by handcraft production at the Gütersloh site. The bodies are made of food-grade, highly elastic polyurethane; bristle materials include nylon in various colors and natural bristle, in some cases with solid stainless steel or plastic glide buttons. All products meet the food-contact requirements of FDA 21 CFR §177.1680 as well as EU Regulations 1935/2004, 2023/2006 and 10/2011. Customers are mills, mill builders, and manufacturers of sieve cloth and sieve frames worldwide; the company supplies them through a network of foreign representatives and sells both directly and indirectly.

Materials and processes
Polyurethane (food-grade)
Highly elastic material for brush and cleaner bodies, gentle on the sieve frames and resistant to fats and enzymes.
Nylon (black)
Bristle material for sieve cleaning brushes for wire mesh with mesh sizes of 90–250 μm.
Nylon (white)
Bristle material for sieve cleaning brushes for synthetic mesh with mesh sizes of 90–250 μm.
Nylon (blue)
Bristle material of the Blue Line for synthetic mesh, for full optical detectability.
Natural bristle
Bristle material for sieve cleaning brushes for synthetic mesh with mesh sizes of 90–250 μm.
Stainless steel (solid glide button)
Solid glide button for sieve cleaners for sieves with corrugated grid bottoms.
Plastic glide button
Glide button variant that cleans the corrugated grid particularly gently.
