About Filternox
Filternox is a Turkish engineering company founded in 2004 in Istanbul, specializing in automatic self-cleaning mechanical water filters. The company's roots go back to 1986 in environmental engineering. Filter housings and filter screens are made of stainless steel AISI 304L (1.4307) and AISI 316L (1.4404), featuring the internationally patented NozzleBrush technology, which enables cleaning during operation without disassembly. The product range includes screen filtration systems, skid-mounted systems, and the NTU Terminator depth filtration solution with filtration stages down to 20 microns. The filters are used, among other applications, in the steel, paper, automotive and food industries, in hydropower plants and in municipal wastewater treatment plants. With more than 6,000 installed filters and an export share of 85%, Filternox supplies customers in more than 80 countries; sales are handled through the German company in Frankfurt am Main and the Spanish subsidiary in Valencia.
