Filthaus GmbH is a medium-sized manufacturer of plastic packaging and technical injection-moulded parts based in Meinerzhagen (North Rhine-Westphalia). The company has more than 30 years of experience in plastic packaging technology and produces screw-lid jars, push-fit-lid jars, cream jars, cream tubes, measuring spoons, safety cans as well as complex technical plastic parts. Production takes place on around 30 computer-controlled injection moulding machines using single-shot (1K), two-component (2K) and mono-sandwich processes with shot weights of up to 980 grams; materials processed include plastics such as PP, PE, POM, PA, ABS, PC, TPE and PVC as well as bio-plastic options. The value chain covers design, in-house toolmaking, injection moulding, assembly and finishing by printing, labelling and laser engraving. Customers come from the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, technical fluids, pet food, industrial, dental and food industries. A high-bay warehouse with over 1,000 m² and more than 500 pallet bays secures logistics.
