FIMEBA Maschinenbau & Metallbearbeitung is a supplier to the automotive and metal industries based in Gochsheim (Bavaria). The company manufactures highly precise individual parts and mechanical assemblies of all kinds from its own parts production and purchased parts, including disposition, logistics and final inspection. In addition to precision parts from one-off pieces to small series, FIMEBA develops and manufactures its own motor spindles with 10 to 30 kW drive power and tool interfaces up to HSK 100 or SK 50, specially for the machine tool market, test rig construction, glass processing, woodworking and the production of optical glass. The spindle components are made from surface-hardened materials. In addition, the company offers spindle service and spindle repair for all makes – including its own spare parts production, grease distribution and test run as well as documentation – contract machining of customer-supplied goods, design engineering and highly accurate metrology. Materials are titanium, all other metals and plastics, bare or surface-treated. FIMEBA delivers just-in-time and, according to its own statements, is one of the authorized, strategic suppliers of national and international industrial companies.
