About finova

finova Feinschneidtechnik GmbH, headquartered in Remscheid, specializes in fine blanking of complex metal components and has been active in sheet metal processing for more than 60 years. The company manufactures precise, ready-to-install components with burr-free cutting edges and complex geometries at reduced post-processing costs, while processing virtually all metallic materials. The value chain includes design and CAD (SolidWorks, data formats IGES, STEP, DXF), in-house toolmaking with production-accompanying assembly, fine blanking, machining, highly automated deburring, finishing and quality inspection. Customer industries include the automotive, motorcycle and bicycle industry, mechanical and tool engineering, the household appliance, electrical and construction industries. Around 120 employees produce at the Remscheid-Bergisch Born site in a process-optimized new building; since 2021 the company has been relying on artificial intelligence and Industry 4.0 as part of the SPAICER project. Since 2024, finova has been part of Callista Private Equity GmbH.
