About Fipatec
Fipatec GmbH, based in Ebreichsdorf, Austria, manufactures compatible replacement plates (replica plates) for plate heat exchangers from the brands Alfa Laval (M-Line, Clip-Line) and GEA/Kelvion. The plates are manufactured in Europe to high industrial standards and are available in standard sizes as well as fully custom dimensions – from compact plates for confined installation conditions to large formats for high-performance systems. They are made from AISI 316L (0.5–0.8 mm), SMO 254 (0.6 and 0.8 mm) and Titanium Grade 1 (0.6–0.8 mm) with a high-gloss 2R/III-D surface finish (bright annealed); for corrosion-intensive processes, the highly resistant materials SMO 254 and Titanium Grade 1 are available. All tools and dies are developed in-house and produced internally, giving the company full control over every geometric detail and every manufacturing step. Each batch is marked with batch numbers and supplied with an EN 10204 3.1 material certificate; the quality management system is certified to ISO 9001. There is no minimum order quantity, and delivery is made throughout Europe.
