About Müllers Bathtub Inserts

Müllers Bathtub Inserts is a sole proprietorship based in Sünching (Regensburg district) that specializes in the renovation of bathtubs through the installation of acrylic insert tubs. Instead of completely replacing a defective or unsightly tub, a new acrylic insert tub is fitted into the existing bathtub. The insert tubs are made of 4–5 mm thick, through-colored sanitary acrylic and are fully glass-fiber reinforced on the back. Before installation, the existing tub is measured to achieve a largely optimal fit using a wide range of insert models. The installation includes fitting new drain and overflow valves, permanently elastic sealing, and fixing with 2-component PU foam, which also serves as sound and thermal insulation. With an installation time of around two hours, the tub is fully usable again after twelve hours. Customers include housing associations as well as hotels, hospitals and, above all, public authorities.
