About FirmaSwiss
FirmaSwiss SAGL, based in Novazzano (Switzerland), started as a design office and has developed into a manufacturer for the thermoplastic, rubber and silicone sector. The company designs and manufactures injection moulds (CAD 3D), complete extrusion lines for cable sheathing as well as for rubber and silicone profiles, extrusion screws and barrels, and rotational moulding machines with complex aluminium tools for PE and PA6. In addition, injection-moulded and composite injection-moulded parts (plastic/rubber, plastic/metal) are produced, carbide components are machined with 5-axis CNC and EDM, and revamping of obsolete extrusion, rotation and wire-drawing systems is offered. With prototyping (SLA, Polyjet/SLS, FDM, resin casting, CNC), FEM analyses and reverse engineering, FirmaSwiss supports projects from idea to series production. Customers come, among others, from the cable and wire industry, the furniture and household appliance sector, as well as agricultural engineering and medical technology.
