About FIRSTCRACK Coffee Roasters
FIRSTCRACK is a specialty coffee roastery with its own cake manufactory, based in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg since 2010. For every roasted coffee, an individual roasting profile is created that is intended to highlight the aromas of the fruit and preserve the identity of each coffee. The green coffee comes from direct purchases from coffee farmers as well as from selected, transparently operating traders; prices are above the usual market and Fairtrade prices. The offering includes roasted and green coffee for cafés, restaurants and offices, B2B coffee consulting and coffee concept development, Cold Brew, Coffee Gin, Drip Coffee Bags, Body Scrubs, brewing equipment, as well as daily fresh tarts, cakes and macarons from the glass-fronted bakery. Shipments are dispatched twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays) via an online shop. The roastery is operated together with Café Pakolat at Raumerstraße 40, a retail store on Senefelderstraße, and a location in Eberswalde.
