About fischertechnik

Since 1965, fischertechnik has been a manufacturer of a modular construction toy system featuring the characteristic peg-and-slot basic block, to which further blocks can be attached on all six sides. The plastic blocks are developed and manufactured at the Waldachtal site in the Black Forest; only very few individual components are sourced from outside the European Union. The product range includes construction kits for the toy sector from age 3, learning kits and Class Sets for STEM teaching in schools, training and simulation models for industry and universities (including Learning Factory 4.0, PLC programming, robotics, AI) as well as individual parts for makers and model builders. In addition, creative materials such as fischerTiP, the miniMINT wooden kit series and the fischer for kids product line are part of the program. The processes are described in an integrated management system; the products undergo internal and external quality inspections. Distribution is worldwide via retailers, online shops and the company's own online shop.
