About Fischer Brot
Fischer Brot GmbH is a family-run Austrian baked goods company based in Linz (Pichling) that has existed since 1958. The company industrially produces baked goods such as breads, Kaiser rolls, Weckerl rolls, baguettes and craft products as well as frozen stone-oven specialties. A self-developed process, the AWRS technology, came into use in 2015 with the opening of the 'New World of Baking' at the Markgrafneusiedl/Lower Austria plant. The raw materials include cereals, cocoa, palm oil and dairy products; for AMA products, cereals, seeds and dairy products come from Austrian agriculture, and a large proportion of the product range is organic-certified. From three production sites in Upper and Lower Austria, customers are supplied throughout Austria and in nearby foreign countries. The management consists of Wilhelm Fischer, Thomas Fischer and DI Stefan Huemer.
