About us
Fischer CNC-Technik GmbH was founded in 1985 in Neustadt an der Weinstraße and is a family-owned SME specializing in CNC machining of high-strength materials. The company produces turned and milled parts to the thousandth-of-a-millimeter range for test, development and special applications, particularly from aluminium, titanium, chromium, cast iron, bronze and plastics. The fully air-conditioned 2,000-m² production site comprises CNC milling with Hermle 5-axis machining centres, CNC turning with Gildemeister lathes, conventional manufacturing such as honing, lapping, grinding and welding, as well as special processes such as die sinking EDM and wire EDM. An in-house material warehouse ensures the availability of common materials and shortens delivery times; surface treatments are organized via selected suppliers. The products are used, among other things, in the automotive (including motorsport), chemical, medical and aerospace industries as well as in mechanical engineering. Reference customers include Volkswagen Motorsport, BMW Motorsport, Toyota and Audi. Shipping is worldwide.
