Fischer Group

About the Fischer Group

The Fischer Group is a family-owned group of companies founded in 1886 and headquartered in Bärnau-Thanhausen in the Upper Palatinate, now run by the third generation. Around 100 employees provide services in the trade divisions of heating, ventilation, plumbing, air conditioning and electrical engineering – in the residential, commercial and industrial segments alike. In addition, the group realises complex and customised plant engineering projects, in particular thanks to its specialisation in the wood industry and automotive sectors, and delivers these worldwide. Regionally, the company is also active in the real estate segment with holistic and sustainable real estate projects. Further business areas are hotels and restaurants (Hotel zur Post) as well as professional horse breeding in dressage (Gestüt Greim). In addition to its main site in Bärnau-Thanhausen, the group operates a location in Weiden in der Oberpfalz.
