Everything from a single source – from development to assembly

Fischer Reinach AG & Co. KG in Füssen (until 2025 ZETKA Stamping and Bending Technology) is a company of the FIR Group and a manufacturer of precision stamped and stamping-bent parts, cold-headed parts, hybrid parts and ready-to-install assemblies. Production includes stamping (strip width 6–200 mm, strip thickness 0.1–3.0 mm), stamping-bending on Bihler machines (strip thickness 0.2–6 mm, wire 0.3–7 mm) as well as cold and semi-hot forming in two to seven forming stages (wire 2–12 mm). In its own fully climate-controlled toolmaking shop with 3D design (VISI CAD), 5-axis machining centers, robot-assisted EDM machines and grinding machines, high-performance stamping dies with active elements made of carbide and PM steel are produced. The portfolio is complemented by plastic injection molding/overmolding of hybrid parts, the BIZON® press-in technology as a solder-free contact method, resistance and laser welding, part cleaning, electroplated surface finishing and fully automatic assembly of assemblies with inline inspection. Customers come, among others, from the automotive, e-mobility, power electronics, electrical and building services, medical technology and telecommunications industries.
