About fischer Werkzeugbau
fischer Werkzeug- und Formenbau GmbH has been part of the fischer Group since 1954 and, since 2015, has been an independent GmbH within the Group. With 50 employees at the Horb am Neckar and Waldachtal-Tumlingen locations, the company designs, manufactures, qualifies and maintains high-precision injection moulding tools as well as stamping, forming and special tools. The forming inserts are manufactured on automated, networked systems while maintaining extremely tight tolerances. The in-house technical centre provides 1K and 2K injection moulding machines with clamping forces up to 500 t for sampling and validation; an EOS 3D printer is used for prototype manufacturing. The service portfolio ranges from product development and tool design to manufacturing and turn-key solutions, through to service and maintenance. Tools from fischer Werkzeugbau are used in industries such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, mechanical engineering, packaging, consumer goods, medical technology and electrical/construction.
