About FITOK

FITOK is a manufacturer of tube fittings, valves, manifolds, filters, hoses, quick couplings, regulators and integrated piping systems. The product range includes, among others, twin-ferrule and single-ferrule tube fittings, medium-pressure and high-pressure fittings, weld fittings, face-seal fittings, ball valves, needle, diaphragm, check, shut-off and relief valves as well as vacuum fittings. Manufacturing is mainly in stainless steel (316, 316L, 304); sealing and other materials include PEEK, PTFE and FKM. FITOK is certified with EC type approvals according to EC 79/2009 for hydrogen components (6D and 20D series) as well as ECE-R110 approvals for CNG/LNG components such as valves and filters. Further approvals exist according to ASTM F1387 and by the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) for marine piping systems. The main delivery purposes lie in hydrogen technology, CNG/LNG applications, the marine and offshore industry, the subsea sector as well as semiconductor and vacuum technology. Locations are situated in Shenzhen (headquarters), Wuhan (manufacturing) and Offenbach am Main (FITOK GmbH, Germany).

Quality & Approvals

FITOK carries out approval and product tests according to EC 79/2009, ECE R110, ASTM F1387 and ABS; the 6D series fittings are fully certified by a third party according to ASTM F1387 (including pulse, burst and vibration tests).

History

1. 2020

   EC type approval e4*79/2009*406/2010*0037*00 for the 20D Series Tube Fittings (70 MPa) according to EC 79/2009; ECE-R110 approvals for ball valves, check valves and CNG filters by the Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt (German Federal Motor Transport Authority).

2. 2023

   Extension of the EC type approval e4*79/2009*406/2010*0028*01 for the 6D Series Tube Fittings (35 MPa), test report dated 09.06.2023 (Kiwa Nederland B.V.).

3. 2024

   Third-party certification of the 6D Series Tube Fittings according to ASTM F1387 (January 2024, R01).
