Flachglas MarkenKreis GmbH, headquartered in Gelsenkirchen, is a cooperation of medium-sized, high-performance companies in Germany and Europe. The network comprises around 60 medium-sized shareholders, including more than 30 functional glass manufacturers and wholesalers. The legally and organizationally independent members produce, trade and install branded functional glass such as insulating glass, single-pane safety glass and laminated safety glass. Production takes place under license according to uniform system specifications with quality guidelines and from semi-finished products of selected base glass manufacturers. The headquarters in Gelsenkirchen offers services relating to flat and functional glass as well as glass façades and interior glass applications: from technical consulting and application engineering to planning, development and finishing through to installation. Target groups are companies in the construction supply industry, architects, planners and façade construction companies.
