FläktGroup Holding GmbH, headquartered in Herne, is an international manufacturer of products in the field of air, climate and filter technology. The company produces AHUs, air filters, precision air conditioning units and cooling solutions for data centers (CRAC, CRAH, Liquid Cooling, Fan Wall) as well as fire protection solutions. Key areas of application are data centers, cleanroom technology, the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare and commercial buildings. The group operates 18 production sites, among others in Germany, Sweden, Finland, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Poland, the USA and Turkey, and sells via its own sales companies and distributors in more than 50 countries. Historically, the company traces back to DELBAG, founded in 1909, and GEA, founded in Herne in 1920; since 2016 it has operated as FläktGroup. On 14 May 2025, the acquisition by Samsung Electronics for 1.5 billion euros was announced.
