Under the Metallzaun.de brand, Flari GmbH manufactures and sells individual aluminium fencing systems: made-to-measure fence panels, sliding gates, double-leaf farm gates, garden gates/pedestrian gates, posts and letterbox columns with a parcel compartment. The portfolio is complemented by artisanally produced concrete block walls and columns made of architectural concrete, used as plinths and fence substructures. In its own plant in Berlin-Reinickendorf (Borsigwalde), the elements are degreased, pretreated and electrostatically powder coated on an automated line; elements up to 9 m in width can be processed, and the coating is QUALICOAT-certified and achieves coating thicknesses from 100 µm. Optionally, a DEKOR wood-effect coating is applied via film transfer onto powder paint. Screwing is carried out ready for installation exclusively with stainless steel screws, and all fittings and handles are made of stainless steel. Customers include specialist fence construction companies, metalworkers, architects, landscaping (GaLaBau) companies and private property owners; delivery is by truck to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Quality and Warranty
Powder coating is carried out in the company's own automated line in accordance with the QUALICOAT standard with layer thicknesses from 100 µm; a 20-year manufacturer's warranty is granted on surface durability and corrosion protection. All connections are made ready for installation with stainless steel screws.
