   Founding of the PGH Fleischer (butchers' production cooperative) on 1 September; management of the slaughterhouse until 1991

   Purchase of the slaughterhouse building from the town on 1 May; conversion into Fleisch & Wurstwaren KG and re-establishment of Fleisch- und Wurstwaren GmbH Rosswein
