Flemming Dental GmbH, headquartered in Hamburg, is a nationwide network of dental laboratories with 37 legally affiliated locations and around 1,200 employees. The company manufactures dental prostheses such as crowns, bridges, inlays, telescope technology, dentures, splints, veneers and orthodontic treatment appliances in craftsmanship quality Made in Germany. Production is carried out conventionally as well as using the CAD/CAM process with materials such as titanium and zirconia; more than 210,000 orders are processed and around 100,000 units milled annually. The Flemming Dental Tec technology centre in Leipzig is equipped with all common scanner and software systems and supports the digitalisation of work processes, from digital impressions via the IOS Upload Tool to restoration. Customers include more than 2,500 dental practices; over 260 vehicles handle collection and delivery nationwide. With more than 100 apprentices per year, Flemming is a major provider of training in dental technology.
