About OX.Aligner
OX.Aligner is a brand of Flemming Dental Orthoproof GmbH and manufactures custom-made transparent dental splints (aligners) for the correction of malocclusions. The entire production takes place 100 % at the Frankfurt site, while administration is located at the Hamburg headquarters. At every step of the production process, only experienced dental technicians and dentists are involved. Customers are dental and orthodontic practices as well as dental laboratories, who are provided via the OX.Portal with a free 3D simulation of the treatment plan including ASR instructions and a cost estimate within three working days. Impressions can be picked up from the practice on the same day; alternatively, intraoral scans can be submitted. The tested Zendura FLX is used as the splint material, which is praised for its flexibility and constant, gentle force transmission. Laboratory costs start at 499 euros; refinements are included.
