flexAP GmbH, based in Gröbenzell near Munich, realizes flexible automation of machines and systems. The solutions are based on the PC-based control platform flexCONTROL with integrated IT and enable new production processes, saving production time, material and handling costs. For punching and roll-forming technology from coil, flexAP offers the flexNC technology package, which includes NC management, NC processor, ERP interface, machine operation and integrated Remote Maintenance. The range of services extends from consulting and planning through complete electrical engineering, control cabinet construction and on-site installation to commissioning of the complete system in cooperation with the machine builder and operator. In addition, maintenance of the control system, machine condition analysis and remote maintenance as well as machine and operating data acquisition (MDE/BDE) are offered. Customers come mainly from mechanical and plant engineering, automation technology and punching and roll-forming technology (coil processing).
