Flexco (Flexible Steel Lacing Company) develops and manufactures mechanical belt fastening systems and accessories for belt conveyors, including the Alligator® belt lacing produced since 1909, maintenance tools, endless splicing systems, belt cleaners, belt tracking devices, impact beds, pulley lagging (Bondable and Weld-On Pulley Lagging) and digital solutions such as Elevate® Smart Cleaners and Belt Rip Prevention. Manufacturing includes the production of mechanical fastener connections made of steel with hinge pins made of Rawhide as well as assembly of Belt Conveyor Products. Processes range from stamping metallic fasteners to welding pulley lagging. Customers include industries such as mining (surface and underground), cement, coal-fired power plants, copper, aggregates/sand and gravel, agriculture, food processing, pharmaceuticals, logistics, ports and recycling. Sales are handled through a network of more than 1800 distributors in over 150 countries.
