About Flexicom
Flexicom GmbH was founded in Hamburg in 1994 and has been based on its own company premises in Ahrensburg near Hamburg since 1999. The company operates as a systems house for identification technology and distributes hardware, software and consumables for industrial and commercial applications. In its own production facility in Ahrensburg, computer-controlled manufacturing equipment is used to produce labels and other self-adhesive products, including sheet labels for laser printers in over 80 standard formats, roll labels for thermal transfer and direct thermal printers from 10,000 pieces, security labels made of delamination film, hologram labels, ChipCard labels for machine-based card assembly, as well as fabric discs and paint stencils produced from vector files (DXF/CDR). Materials range from wood-free paper to PET and PE films, metallised polyester film and aluminium-laminated paper. Customers include companies from the automotive and chemical industries, the banking sector, retail, manufacturing and logistics; mobile data capture projects have also been implemented for public-sector clients such as the German Bundestag. Flexicom serves more than 5,000 active customers in Germany.
