Flexicon is a supplier of bulk material handling systems and equipment. The portfolio includes flexible screw conveyors (with more than 25,000 installations worldwide), pneumatic conveying systems in pressure and vacuum designs (PNEUMATI-CON), tubular cable conveyors (FLEXI-DISC), bulk bag discharging, filling and conditioning stations, bag dump stations, drum/box dumpers, weigh batching systems and liquid mixing ejectors (FlexEductor). The systems are custom engineered to process and space requirements, including automation with PLC and weigh batching controls and custom skid-mounted configurations. Manufacturing is performed in stainless steel (including 304/316 for product contact surfaces and sanitary versions) as well as in carbon steel with industrial coating. The company operates testing laboratories and manufacturing facilities worldwide and guarantees the performance of its equipment for life. Industries served include food, minerals and mining, chemicals as well as pharmaceutical and dairy applications; reference customers include LKAB Minerals, Goya/Sazon Inc. and Tereos.
