At its Epfendorf site, Flexotec GmbH develops, manufactures and distributes solutions for the glass and sanitary industry. The portfolio includes surface protection systems for glass and ceramics (FlexoTop, ClearShield), shower and glass door fittings 'Made in Germany' such as hinges, handles, stabilization systems, seals and glass door locks in brushed stainless steel, as well as shower systems and measuring systems. Solutions for the glass industry and glass processing trades have been developed since 1990; in 1999 the company was founded as a pioneer in the distribution and manufacture of 'easy-to-clean' systems. Customers are glaziers, glass processors, installers and manufacturers in Germany and Europe; in cooperation with Pellucere Technologies, hydrophobic, PFAS-free coatings are distributed exclusively in Europe. The company headquarters in Epfendorf comprises warehouse space, a workshop, a training and development center including a showroom.
