About Flexxer Rubber

Flexxer Rubber produces recycled rubber flooring solutions and rubber tiles for gyms, children's playgrounds, equestrian facilities, winter sports areas, rail transport systems as well as landscaping and outdoor applications. As a sister company of the recycler Benli Geri Dönüşüm, which has over 60 years of recycling experience, Flexxer manufactures 100 % recycled black EPDM granulate with particle sizes of 1.0 to 3.35 mm from scrap tyres and from EPDM-based window and door rubber profiles from the automotive industry. In addition to the flooring systems, Flexxer also sells the EPDM granulate as an alternative to SBR granulate to partner customers. The playground surfaces are produced in accordance with EN 1176 and EN 1177; the UV resistance of the EPDM granulate was tested in an ageing test lasting around 5,000 hours by the independent laboratory Sports Labs. The company supports projects from product selection through manufacturing and shipping to after-sales. The website language is Turkish; information on location, year of foundation and employees is not published.
