FLG Automation AG, based in Karben (Hesse), has been developing and manufacturing customized automation solutions in the fields of special-purpose machinery, assembly technology, handling technology and palletizing systems since 1981. The range of services extends from partial automation and flexible robot cells to fully automatic assembly lines including control and conveyor technology. Implementation is provided from a single source: planning, design, manufacturing, commissioning as well as training and maintenance in after-sales. Processes include screwdriving, pressing, riveting, ultrasonic and laser welding, gluing, sealing as well as testing processes such as leak testing, vision inspection and force-displacement testing. For medical technology and pharmaceutical applications, qualification and validation (DQ, IQ, OQ) according to GAMP are offered. Customers come from medical technology, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, healthcare, the automotive industry, electronics, plastics processing, the consumer goods industry and filter technology/dialysis, among others from Europe, the USA, Japan and China.

Quality and Qualification
For medical technology and pharmaceutical applications, FLG carries out qualification and creation of the qualification documentation (DQ, IQ, OQ) according to the GAMP guideline upon request. Testing processes such as vision inspection, leak testing and force-displacement testing are integrated into the systems.
