The Fliegl plant in Mühldorf
Fliegl Agrartechnik GmbH, headquartered in Mühldorf am Inn, is part of the Fliegl Group and is the central production and competence center for agricultural technology, construction and municipal technology, and metering/dosing technology. It manufactures agricultural machinery and commercial vehicles such as push-off trailers, dump trailers, slurry tankers and transport vehicles as well as mixing technology for the construction industry, including Duplex mixers and the mobile concrete filling station BTS. All manufacturing takes place in in-house steel processing: state-of-the-art tube laser systems cut profiles up to 9 meters in length and 6,000 kilograms in weight, while high-tech sheet laser systems process sheet metal up to 40 mm thick with automatic loading of sheet packages up to 10,000 kilograms. Around 350 employees work at the 30-hectare site, including 30 apprentices. A 9,000 m² raw material warehouse holding up to 6,000 tonnes of steel, along with a fully automated high-bay warehouse with 16,000 pallet positions at heights of up to 27 meters, ensures material availability and efficient production processes. Production is designed for high volumes and individual customer requirements; the machines are used by farmers, contractors, in civil engineering, landscaping and the transport trade.
