About Flügger

Flügger group A/S is a Danish publicly listed company that develops, produces and distributes paints, varnishes, wood protection and coating solutions, fillers, primers, adhesives, cleaning products, wallpaper and painter's tools. Founded in 1783 in Hamburg, the company is headquartered today in Rødovre near Copenhagen and operates seven plants worldwide covering the entire value chain from raw material procurement to the finished product. A focus lies on environmentally friendly water-based paints; a dedicated factory for these was built in Western Denmark in the 1960s. The group employs more than 1700 staff and generates annual revenue of around EUR 300 million. With nearly 227 branches, Flügger is primarily present in the Nordic market; in Germany, Flügger Farben Langenhorn GmbH has been distributing the product range including colour mixing service according to RAL and NCS since 2008.
