Fluid Power Energy (FPE) was founded in 1975 as a family business by Richard E. Bayerlein and Doug G. Bayerlein and manufactures thermostatic control valves (2-way and 3-way valves), oil cleaning centrifuges of the Spin Clean brand, and air intake shutoff valves for diesel engines. In addition, the company produces spare parts and repair kits for its own products as well as for Amot™ Thermostatic Control Valves. Customers can configure valves with a part number via an online configurator and have them customized to individual machine requirements. The main plant and headquarters are located in Waukesha, Wisconsin, about 32 km west of Milwaukee, on an area of approx. 6,900 m² (74,000 sq ft). Further branch offices exist in Weil am Rhein (DACH/EMEA/AP) and Shanghai. FPE supplies customers on seven continents, with a focus on the Industrial Equipment, Industrial Engine and Industrial Compressor markets as well as the oil and gas industry.
