FLUIDINOVA was founded in Portugal in 2005 as a specialized manufacturer of synthetic hydroxyapatite (HAp) and tricalcium phosphate materials. The products are distributed worldwide under the nanoXIM® brand as raw materials for professional and industrial use – not as end products for consumers. The portfolio includes nanometer-scale pastes, micrometer-scale powders and millimeter-scale granulates, produced in a highly controlled process with proprietary technology. Applications lie in Oral Care (toothpastes, mouthwashes, dental gels), Medical/Regenerative Medicine, Food/Food Supplements, Cosmetics/Dental Care, and Research. nanoXIM•CarePaste is the only nano-hydroxyapatite assessed as safe for Oral Care cosmetics by the EU Scientific Committee SCCS (SCCS/1648/22, 2023). Since 2021, the company has been located in premises three times larger in Maia near Porto and supplies over 100 customers worldwide.
