About FLURO

FLURO-Gelenklager GmbH is a second-generation family-owned company based in Rosenfeld, specialized since 1976 in the development and manufacture of spherical plain bearings and rod ends. The product range includes standardized spherical plain bearings and rod ends per DIN ISO 12240, hydraulic rod ends, clevis and angle joints, cylindrical plain bushes, the high-performance FLUROglide series, stainless NIRO versions, and the motorsport series. Under the FLUROselect brand, customized special solutions are realized from design in 3D-CAD to series production. For the manufacture of high-precision turned and milled parts, the company works closely with Martin Höhn GmbH. The value chain includes CNC turning up to Ø 80 mm from bar stock (Ø 400 mm in chuck), 4- and 5-axis milling, grinding, in-house tool and fixture making, 3D printing for prototypes, surface finishing, assembly of complete units, and a testing laboratory. Materials include case-hardening and heat-treatable steels, bearing steel, stainless steel, bronze, copper, aluminium, titanium, and high-performance plastics. Customer industries include machinery and plant engineering, hydraulics, agricultural and construction machinery, commercial vehicles, motorsport, aerospace, rail vehicles, shipbuilding, medical and food technology, energy technology, as well as offshore and defense.
